
During his early career in the United Kingdom, Mohamed actively engaged in intercultural and diplomatic initiatives, eventually serving as an Honorary Ambassador. In this role, he worked to strengthen ties between regional and international actors through informal diplomacy and cross-cultural collaboration.
The majority of his professional life was spent in the United Arab Emirates, where he contributed to a broad range of public sector and institutional development efforts. His experience includes governance consulting, strategic planning advisory, and support for civil and infrastructure-related initiatives—cultivating a deep understanding of administrative systems, regional policy frameworks, and cross-sector partnerships.
Currently based in Morocco, Mohamed serves as the Representative of the Liechtenstein Foundation for State Governance (LFSG) in Libya, where he advances inclusive, peaceful, and sustainable governance solutions. His role includes facilitating national dialogue, advising on institutional reform, and supporting long-term stabilization efforts in coordination with Libyan and international stakeholders.
