  • Bio: Dr. Azad is a distinguished international business leader and honorary board member of Asert Company since its inception. A graduate of Eötvös Loránd University (ELTE), Hungary (1988), Dr. Azad has held numerous influential roles across Europe and the Middle East.

He is the founder of ADM.L.B and was appointed as the official representative of EURO 2 France in 1993. He also served as Director of ADM Information Agency, overseeing operations in Europe and the MENA region.

Dr. Azad is an expert in environmental technology, specializing in waste recycling and energy production, and currently serves as Director of External Relations at the German company DST GMBH. He is also the owner of Al Seyid Ltd in the UK and a member of DST OIL GMBH, where he played a key role in bridging partnerships with Rompetrol Romania.

Among his notable achievements, he served as the Project Finance Engineer for the BUG Baltic Sea Resort – Rügen in partnership with Wilhelm Dieckmann and Ali Hammam since 2000. Dr. Azad has also served as an International Relations Advisor to the diplomatic corps, and led the international relations efforts for VERON AG Switzerland.

He is a board member of NORD WEST OIL & GAS (USA), the founder of FERROTECH GMBH (Austria), and currently serves as the President of the Veron Group, a global conglomerate overseeing Ferrotech & Veron Group AG.
