Kyiv, Ukraine — November 20–21, 2025

MENA International has successfully concluded its participation in The Global Congress 2025, a two-day high-level gathering held in Kyiv in partnership with the Mayors’ Club of Ukraine, the Economy of Trust, and the Ukrainian Building Congress. The event brought together ministers, ambassadors, mayors, representatives of international organisations, business leaders, and investors to discuss new pathways for trade, reconstruction, innovation, and economic diplomacy.

On Day 1, the Congress opened with an official welcome session followed by the announcement of the Global Congress initiative.
Dr. Emad Ballack, Chairman and Founder of MENA International Trade and Diplomacy Organisation, delivered a keynote address outlining MENA International’s mission of building real economic bridges between governments, investors, and the private sector across more than 20 countries.

Throughout the first day, participants explored:

  • Grants and Investment Programs 2025–2026, presented by leading international development organisations;

  • The launch of the Agro Food Hubs Ukraine initiative, supporting the agricultural sector, agro-industrial parks, and the export of Ukrainian products in cooperation with MENA International and its partners;

  • Educational programmes of Ukrainian universities in fields related to agriculture, food technologies, trade, and regional development;

  • Sessions dedicated to the mental and physical rehabilitation of veterans, highlighting the social dimension of recovery and reintegration.

On Day 2, within the framework of the Ukrainian Building Congress, discussions focused on global solidarity, digital innovation, reconstruction, and municipal development.
MENA International contributed to strategic dialogues on:

  • The impact of digitalisation on community reconstruction and the creation of smart, resilient cities;

  • New models of public–private–reconstruction partnerships, connecting municipalities, industry, and international capital;

  • Opportunities around industrial parks and infrastructure projects, positioning Ukraine as a key partner in regional and global value chains.

Across both days, MENA International worked closely with the Mayors’ Club of Ukraine and the Economy of Trust to align local needs, industrial capacity, and international investment within one common framework.

Through this Congress, MENA International reaffirmed its commitment to turning potential into concrete projects and to opening sustainable economic corridors between Ukraine, the MENA region, Europe, and Asia.
