My name is Dr. Emad Ballack, Chairman and Founder of MENA International, an organization working across more than 20 countries to build real economic bridges between governments, investors, and the private sector.
For over two decades, my mission has been simple: to connect regions, open markets, and turn opportunities into meaningful development through diplomacy, investment, and strategic partnership.
Today, in Ukraine, our vision is clear: to transform potential into projects and to connect regions, industries, and communities directly with international partners ready to invest, build, and innovate.
Two institutions stand as pillars of this mission:
The Mayors’ Club of Ukraine, uniting more than 650 mayors and local leaders, and
The Ukrainian League of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, the voice of thousands of enterprises shaping the country’s industrial future.
Our cooperation with both is driven by a single objective:
to bring municipal leadership and national industry into one global framework, where local needs meet industrial capacity and both meet international partners from the Middle East, North Africa, Europe, and Asia.
This is the purpose of The Global Congress: a platform where we accelerate reconstruction, strengthen industry, and open new economic corridors from and for Ukraine.
